Notes on booking dates.
- Please use the "Availability Calendar" below to assist you with the accuracy of booking dates.
- Please take into account travel time and times zone differences with your departure and arrival dates to and from Home and Orlando when making your booking request.
- Check-In and Key pick-up on the first day is after 16:00 from The Florida Store.
- Check-Out and return of the key is before 11:00 on your last morning.
- If your arrival and/or departure times require access to the villa outside of Check-In/Check-Out times please ensure that you book additional days to cover.

BALANCE: - to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure date.
SECURITY BOND: - A Security Deposit of $200 is required on arrival in case of loss or damage. This will be dealt with by The Florida Store and can be either a cheque or visa imprint. This will then be destroyed as soon as the Management Company have checked the villa for loss or damage.
NO-SMOKING:- The villa pool and gardens are strictly NON SMOKING areas
Please include all required items on your booking form. (The items listed below are available on request from The Florida Store during your stay but they could make an extra call out charge)
Any of the above items can be purchased through the Florida Store, they will be included in your bill and will be payable with your balance 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

Welcome Pack - Includes bread,milk,orangejuice,eggs, mini variety cerial pack, jam, butter, coffee, tea & sugar. The Welcome Pack is useful if you arrive very late, however you pass a 24 hr. Wal-Mart and a Winn Dixie supermarket on Highway 27. Much cheaper if you have the time and are not too tired.
